Sara the Birthday Girl! 🎂

Yesterday we started to make our invitations for our Grandparents for the Art Gallery! The children had so much fun marble painting.
Hilary made a  Hamentashen using the play doh.

Nechama Leiba, Chayala and Dalya made a gragger out of the magnitiles

Chaya'la and Nechama Leiba wrote some of the names of the people in the Purim story

Over the past few days the children have been learning the Purim story. Yesterday Morah Esther gathered the information of the Purim story that the children remember learning about...

Sara said: I remember a Queen but I dont remember her name...
Elet pointed to Mordchai and asked... Is this Hashem?
Dalya said: That can't be Hashem because Hashem is invisible
Elet said: He's in our belly's
Hilary said:He's in our hearts

As they were looking at the characters...

Sara said: Hey! I think I remember this story!
Hilary said: Her name is Queen Esther like Morah Esther
Sara said: Could we act out the story?
Morah Esther said: Mordchai is holding something in his hand.
Dalya said: It looks like the Torah!
Sara said: Hamen didn't let the Jews do good things...

SARA'S BIRTHDAY!

We had the pleasure of having Sara's Mommy and Daddy come into our class today to celebrate Sara's Birthday. Sara showed us pictures of when she was little.

Our friends made birthday cards for Sara and wrote something they enjoy doing with her

Then we did a birthday dance!

The children enjoyed eating their yummy cupcakes!

THANK YOU!

For sign in today the children made a פ for Purim

Dalya painted a picture of Vashti

Our friends painted things that had to do with Purim such as a :
 palace
 queen
crown
