Peek into our Day

The children wrote their names for sign in.... The children also counted how many letters are in their name and wrote the number next to their name.

 Hannah counted to see how many animals were on the table

During circle time Morah Anne explained to the children about the sun, earth and clouds... How the sun is always here even if we cant see it.

Ella asked : Morah Anne, did you go to outer space?

We put out different fun things to use with the shaving cream. Mendel had fun painting with it.

Matching Numbers

The children cut the plate in half then wrote numbers on one side of the plate..On the other side the children counted out the number of stickers and stuck them on...

 Today we put them on the floor and the children had to find the correct matches.

Mendel made an M in the shaving cream

Our friends covered the table in shaving cream so it would be a table cloth.

We also practiced our numbers by playing hopscotch

 The children drew and painted flowers like Georgia O'Keeffe. Then the children wrote the Artists name and flowers.

 Kayle copied the picture using the magnetic pieces to make a flower!

 Sender and Hannah wrote their names using the puzzle pieces

Beautiful Day Outside

 During circle time we checked the weather... We couldn't believe it was 50 degrees outside!

We went for a walk in this beautiful weather
